SJP has been spotted at the Yankee’s game without her famous mole on her chin this week. She’s coming under attack after saying she’d never have cosmetic surgery. However, we don’t believe that the mole removal counts as cosmetic surgery. After all, it could’ve been related to a health issue. Plus, while we thought the mole was a unique beauty mark, we are okay if SJP wanted it outta there like a home run at Yankee Stadium. What do you think, should SJP have had the mole removed?

If an accidental slip of a fingernail could render a similar result, I don’t think it counts as major reconstructive surgery.
